Beat Story Mode with every character, or play the game for 6 hours.
Play as Burn:
First get both Richard and Keith. Now beat both Arcade and Story modes with every character.
Play as Keith Evans:
First get Richard Wong. Now beat Arcade mode with every character. You can also get Keith by playing the game for 12 hours.
